Absolutely, we actually encourage the use of other media elements to enhance your videos, keeping your viewers engaged and entertained while supporting your message. For example, if you’re video is about thermonuclear astrophysics… you might want to include a chart or graphic. Or if you are explaining open heart surgery… some bullet points might clear things up.

In summary, our deal includes creating a modest amount of video titles, animated bullet points, and basic animation in each of your videos. We’re also happy to insert any graphics, photos or other media elements that you provide for us.

It may be good to know, at an additional cost, we can create or provide custom media elements for you.

So, you’re getting ready to shoot your 12 for 12 videos, but you’re not sure what to wear. The good news, there are no restrictions for wardrobe. So if you want to wear a ball gown or a space suit or something different in each video, you can! But seriously, we do recommend that you wear what best portrays you in your role or profession.

Here are some best practices when it comes to your video wardrobe:
1. Solid colors are always safer than patterns. Patterns don’t film well and can become distracting.
2. Wear more color than black and white. Color makes you stand out and brings life to you video.
3. Consider the backdrops or other elements you want in your video. If you plan on using a green screen, wearing green just won’t work.

Let’s talk about shot lists and story boards. Don’t worry they’re not as scary as they sound and they will help keep your 12 for 12 video project running on time and on budget. So you may want to consider preparing one or both before your shoot date. But, what is a shot list and story board, you ask? Let me explain.

1. A shot list is simply a written check list of each shot or location you will want filmed based off of each script. Easy enough!

2. A story board is a set of sketches or drawings of the images, animations, or movement to be included in each of your videos. Again, based off of your scripts. You don’t have to be an artist, stick figures will do.

So in summary, providing us with a shot list or a story board or both is like a road map for filming and post production editing to ensure we create your videos exactly how you visualized them. Let’s talk!

So, question number one- Do I really need a script? We believe yes. Writing out your scripts ensures you’re on-point with your message as well as on-time – and gives you a tool for rehearsing.

Question two- Can you write my scripts for me? Yes! we offer script writing and script editing for additional fees.

Yes, You have choices when it comes to spokesperson talent. Choice number 1 you’ll provide your own on-camera spokesperson or a voice narrator. In this case we include a no-cost rehearsal at our studio prior to your shoot date. This will ensure you have the right star, and they know what to expect on shoot day. Choice number 2 for those Camera Shy folks? You can hire or bring along a professional actor. -We can help with that
